A basic level of agile understanding and knowledge of facilitation will help, but is not essential for this course.

Standard content

The course will be delivered through a mix of theory, creative exercises and concrete facilitation practice based on over 20 years of our instructor’s experience in the agile training space.

Certification
 

This is a new course endorsed by the Scrum Alliance, Inc (www.scrumalliance.org) and on completion entitles the delegate to claim a Certified Agile Facilitator (CAF) license, valid for two years.

The CAF accreditation is achieved by attending this two-day course and participating fully in the exercises and class discussions, and completing various facilitation activities during the course. There is no exam.
