We improve your Mondays

As Agilar started to grow, we believed it was important to have a clear mission statement to guide us. So we collected suggestions from everybody, and got together in a workshop to align. During that workshop, we discussed how our mission statement should reflect the impact of our work, rather than the approach to get there. This was important to us because we knew the approaches might vary based on context (and would evolve over time), but the impact should be the same.
And that's why we chose improving your Mondays.

Founded in 2007
In 2007, a small group of passionate agile coaches came together under one brand with a common goal: to spread the nascent concept of agility in companies around the world.

Early success stories
Our ability to impact positive change in organizations was validated early on by our work in helping transform key initiatives within the Belgian Post (bpost), Proximus, and BNP Paribas Fortis. The success we achieved in those initiatives, along with the insights this gave us on how to lead change and address real challenges business were facing, enabled us to gain a reputation and we kept getting recommended to help a variety of organizations improve.

Agilar's practice leads are thought leaders in their respective areas, with an extensive track record of putting their expertise into practice for our clients.
Xavier Quesada Allué (CEC, CST) founded Agilar in 2007 and leads Agilar's business agility, visual management, and change management practices. He is the co-creator of Vima, a business agility framework for teams, and a keynote speaker.
Tiago Garcez (CST) currently leads the scaling, organizational design, and learning & development practices within Agilar. He writes and speaks frequently about these topics.
Joke Vandemaelte (CST, PCC) leads Agilar's coaching, facilitation, and training practices. Co-creator of Vima, she is a frequent speaker at leading conferences.
