What is the training format?


Our Certified Scrum Master training is a two-day, instructor-led course that combines interactive lectures, hands-on exercises, and group discussions. Our experienced trainers will guide you through the training and provide you with practical tips and techniques for implementing Scrum methodologies in your work environment.


It is available in two formats:

1. Live classroom (2 full days)

2. Live online (3 days, 5,5 hours)


Regardless of the format, participants are consistently surprised by the hands-on nature of the training and how it helps their learning experience.

I already have some knowledge, is this training too basic for me?

Probably not. We frequently have participants who have a first experience. Usually, the repetition of a training course is a further deepening of the knowledge you already have. You'll have opportunity to discuss specific questions you may have and during group exercises you'll gain tips & insights you'll be able to take back to your team.
