Who is this for?
This training is made for product owners and product managers who want to understand the impact of AI on their roles, and how they can leverage it to improve their productivity and impact.
Do I need any prior experience?
Experience working as a product owner or product manager will make it easier for you to make connections as we cover different concepts, but you don’t need any AI-related knowledge and experience.
What will I learn?
We will review the core responsibilities of a product owner, and understand the different ways in which AI is impacting those responsibilities. This includes understanding what AI agents are, how to embed them in your workflows and the impact this can have in your organization, and new possibilities that emerge in this new paradigm.
Will I receive a certification?
You will receive the Agilar “AI Product Owner” certificate, showing you have the foundational knowledge to start leveraging AI to lead your product(s).
What is the training format?
Our “Leveraging AI as a Product Owner” training is a highly engaging session, combining interactive lectures, hands-on exercises, and group discussions. The purpose is to ensure participants have the opportunity to maximize their learning experience by using case studies and exercises to put into the practice the concepts they are learning. Also, the strong focus on group exercises in the training ensures participants have a chance to hear about other people's experiences and ideas.
It is a 4-hour training and is available in two formats:
- Live classroom
- Live online

I already have some knowledge, is this training too basic for me?
Probably not. The focus of this training is not about the technical side of AI, but rather on the potential it has to impact the job of a product owner. With AI developments progressing so fast at the moment, the ability to review concepts and discuss it in a group setting with other professionals facing similar challenges will likely benefit you. How AI can be leveraged in different product management challenges, tips & tricks for how to get the most out of it, and risks you should be aware of are all interesting topics to discuss in a group setting.
