This intermediate-level training is recommended to anyone who wishes to deepen their knowledge of Scrum by exploring how a great Product Owner creates an environment of collaboration and innovation among customers, stakeholders and team members to deliver amazing products.&nbsp;

To get the most out of this training, introductory training in Scrum and Agile is recommended beforehand (CSM or equivalent).

Our approach to Covid-19

This will be a two day classroom training. In the current circumstances this brings with it a number of extra precautions: exercises have been adapted, there will be plenty of decontamination materials and moments, participants will receive their own materials and the classrooms will be adequately ventilated.

However, it will still be an interactive training, where participants will work together in groups (at 1.5 meters) and discuss with each other; there will be work with flip charts and walk around the room, so it is everyone&rsquo;s responsibility to make that as safe as possible.
