Contents
- Introduction to design thinking. We understand the origins of design thinking, seeing it as a mindset rather than a tool. We recognize the associated stages and their articulation in a flow, not necessarily linear.
- Listening as a principle of user research . We go beyond the research tools, we understand the skills needed to activate them. We explore listening with precise techniques to be able to apply it as one of the cornerstones of design. Associated tool: Person. We do not learn empathy map.
- Divergent and convergent thinking. These two types of thinking allow us to navigate work conversations with greater skill. We seek to practice them with dynamics so that they can be easily experienced by participants. Associated tool: Facilitation, ideation and self-management.
- User-centred design based on the viability and feasibility of the business. Finding the balance in what the users want, the limits and the needs of the organization is a principle to carry out a design process. We approach the establishment of KPIs and business concepts to apply this balance. Associated tool: Management of experiments
- Prototyping: planning, process and organizational challenges. Evaluating the hypothesis in the market allows us to establish if the proposed solution is accepted. The focus of this module is to provide them with reflections and tools so that the ideas do not remain in a drawer. Associated tool: scrum management bases.

About the trainers
Angie is a senior innovation consultant, entrepreneur and trend analyst. Partner at We Push. Her interest in transformation began to weave as a Political Scientist and Internationalist (Universidad del Rosario). After studying Development and Organizations (Universidad de los Andes) she understood the diversity and complexity of systems. During her Master in Innovation (Barcelona) she focused on trend research and design thinking. Recently, as a certified Coach she discovered how to accompany others to go through change and learning processes.
Alberto is a Senior Agile Coach and Trainer at Agilar with over 18 years of experience in IT-related projects and 10 years fully dedicated to agile transformations. In 2011 he graduated from La Salle University with a degree in Agile Methodologies. Passionate about Agile and Lean principles and one of the pioneer users and promoters of Agile in Spain and Agile Barcelona. He has extensive experience in coaching and training of startups and large organizations.
