  • Introduction to design thinking. We understand the origins of design thinking, seeing it as a mindset rather than a tool. We recognize the associated stages and their articulation in a flow, not necessarily linear.
  • Listening as a principle of user research . We go beyond the research tools, we understand the skills needed to activate them. We explore listening with precise techniques to be able to apply it as one of the cornerstones of design. Associated tool: Person. We do not learn empathy map.
  • Divergent and convergent thinking. These two types of thinking allow us to navigate work conversations with greater skill. We seek to practice them with dynamics so that they can be easily experienced by participants. Associated tool: Facilitation, ideation and self-management.
  • User-centred design based on the viability and feasibility of the business. Finding the balance in what the users want, the limits and the needs of the organization is a principle to carry out a design process.  We approach the establishment of KPIs and business concepts to apply this balance. Associated tool: Management of experiments
